To have an optimal kitchen layout for your needs, following must be considered:
- Do you want a dining space in the kitchen
- Do you need a double sink
- Do you need a kitchener or a separate oven and hot plate
- Will this layout enable easy washing out of dishes and placing in dish washing machine
- Will oil and spices be near an oven, or will you need to go to another part of the kitchen to get them
- Is the workspace big enough to prepare the food on
- Are the sink and an oven to far apart so you’ll need to walk between them
